Probably the highest bandwidth Audio Interlink ever.
Its name is derived from "blax" sound, which can be regarded as fuller bodied bass, known from some (underground) scenes (of course the sound depends largely on the rest of the system - see below).
It is to be noted that with this interlink, the audio quality depends on the power amplifier's qualities and bandwidth - and also on the filtering properties of the source. In other words, this cable is made to filter nothing whatsoever.
Price is equal up to 400cm (the pair). More length is possible on request (email to sales phasure com) - virtually any length up to 100m. The cable is rated at 5GHz over 100m without significant loss.
Watch out : The cable bends with a diameter of minimum 20cm. This implies that any 90 degree angle which is to be made, adds 10cm of required length. Thus, if you measure that 100cm of length is good for your situation and you go from top to bottom in your audio rack, this implies two 90 degree bends and thus adds 20cm of length.
Watch out even more : Because of the nature of the cable, it is quite impossible to stow superfluous length. Thus, if you need 100cm, never think to take 150cm to be on some (future) safe side, as you will not be able to put the additional 50cm somewhere. Again think about the 20cm circle diameter and where to put that behind your rack. And, it is also not allowed to coil up the cable because currents will collect and will influence the other "circle" it is stacked on. Moral : get yourself the right length.
Also supplied are genuine 75 Ohm terminals (chassis parts) for the source and for the power amplifier - they can replace RCA terminals. Do notice that the source as such just as well can be a D/A converter and the like. In that situation the "target" can be the power amplifier directly, but it can also be a pre-amplifier. If this latter is the case, it is up to you whether you need two pair of Blaxius or whether only a pair from pre-amp to power amp is sufficient.
If you don't want to change the source and / or target with the 75 Ohm chassis parts, you can also use the provided (again genuine 75 Ohm) RCA-BNC adaptors. We never heard from any customer that this is for the worse compared to "no Blaxius", but the "75 Ohm all the way" is always better and we almost dare guarantee that you will be raving about it.
